I am very pleased to announce some outstanding achievements by Bramhall High School’s class of 2021 students in their GCSE and Vocational Qualifications this Summer.
Multiple pupils achieved a string of top grades across the full range of subject areas, with over 40% of all grades awarded being a grade 7 or higher. They truly are an outstanding set of results from an outstanding group of young people.
This year, following the cancellation of exams, grades were awarded through a process of teacher assessed grades, against a national standard and approved and awarded by the exam boards. The government is not publishing performance data for any schools or colleges this year due to the varying impact of the pandemic.
As their Headteacher, I am immensely proud of all the work and achievements of our students, especially after such a difficult and disrupted year. Our teachers have worked tirelessly to ensure students are all able to progress onto further education and study, and I look forward to seeing what they will achieve in the future. A full breakdown of results is available here.
Congratulations and best wishes.
Mr Paul Williams
